After an extremely successful season in the reserves playing club football for the first time in 2005/2006 and picking up Player of the Year, Hazel’s obvious ability and strength won her a starting place in the first team last season. Hazel has lots of natural talent and was another key player in securing our highest ever league position last year. She’s gone to Australia to see what the standard of football is like out there for six months, hopefully they will be able to explain the offside rule to her before she gets back. We will certainly miss her in the first half of the season and look forward to her return in 2008.
