Wycombe entertained Launton in there last game of the season, at there new Loudwater ground and had a convincing 3-0 win.
With all players available, Jodie Taylor was brought in to cover for Hazel, who was feeling a little unwell.
Wycombe started the game very well and within 5 minutes Su Oakley had slipped a ball into Renee Kwantes who coolly finished past the oncoming goalkeeper. For most of the half Wycombe had good chances but were stopped by the impressive Launton keeper. Both Twiggy and Su thought they had scored, but again were stopped by the very agile Launton keeper, and the half ended 1-0.
The second half was a lot more of an even game with Launton playing some good approach football and some fine goalkeeping from Katie Hudson kept the visitors from scoring.
Wycombe were still looking for the second goal and it finally came from a header from Su from a Twiggy corner. This eased any pressure and a third goal came soon after, created by Charlie and finished by Su.
We now sit 4th in the league and if results go our way we may just stay there
Managers POM: Su Oakley
